All calls are recorded and may be used for training purposes.
If you wish to speak to a Clinician by telephone, please ask the receptionist. You will be asked what your problem is regarding and offered the most suitable appointment.
Unfortunately, we cannot specify a specific time but please let the receptionist know if you will not be able to answer during a certain time frame.
If your problem is of an urgent nature and there are no appointments left for that day, you will be offered a call back with the Duty Doctor.
