We have a team of trained receptionists and office staff, supported by an Office Manager and Admin Support Manager. All staff are here to help you and you should not hesitate to speak with any of them if you have any administrative or non-medical queries. They are all trained in Care Navigation and will ask you what your problem is, so that they can navigate you to the correct clinician.
