Getting your test results
If you have had tests taken, please contact us 4 to 5 days later to check your results (some tests may take longer). You can contact us by calling 01933 423424 and selecting Option 2 for test results between the hours of 11am and 1pm Monday to Friday.
Please do not presume your result is normal if we have not contacted you. We will contact you if there is a significant problem with your results, but there may be some where the clinician has made some suggestions or given advice even if there is not a significant problem. Therefore, please always ensure you follow up your own results. Please also remember to update your contact details if they have changed so that we can contact you if needed.
If your tests were requested elsewhere, such as the hospital, you will need to contact them
directly for your result instead.
We encourage all patients to create an NHS account and download the app so that you can view your results online, rather than contacting the surgery.
If you need to book in for a blood test, you can contact the treatment area to book this in or
alternatively book an appointment at Isebrook, Nene Park or Kettering. You can book online
through the Phlebotomy Department (Blood Tests) or by calling 01536 494411, Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3pm.
