We have a team of trained receptionists and office staff, backed up by a Senior Receptionist and Office Manager. All staff are here to help you and you should not hesitate to speak with any of them if you have any administrative or non-medical queries. They are all trained in Care Navigation and will ask you what your problem is, so that they can navigate you to the correct clinician.
